“Beautiful Philippines” by Eureka C. Bianzon

Revealing the splendor of the beautiful isle

Where you can meet hospitable people with their friendly smiles

Where you would experience the real home, yes! Indeed a real home

Beautiful Philippines, in the wide whole world, it is known

Within my mind amidst the beauty of its sandy beach

Deep inside my heart I remember Filipinos who are so sweet

I appreciate much the lustrous rivers and its wonderful sceneries

Water falls from the peak of the mountains, as cold as the breezing wind

OH! How fascinating the bright blue sky

How momentous to spend life’s most simple pleasures

 In simpler times

How I love the sweets and Philippines sumptuous viands

I could be anywhere in the world

But  the “Beautiful Philippines” in my heart is the number one!
