This Empty Paper

by Eureka Bianzon Robey

In the middle of the four corner of this room I’ve found

An empty paper that’s been laying on the ground

I grabbed a pen and  started kneeling down

And picked this empty paper that’s been waiting around
And o’er my lingering thoughts I pursue

To write down my feelings that’s been so blue

I’ve been waiting for this time to get through

I’m glad I’ve found this empty paper just like you
Now I could share my thought without marks of hesitation

Like you this empty paper listens to me with no rejection

I have sought the enlightenment deep within

Like you this empty paper brought back the happiness where I’ve been
